Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in large scale construction or mechanical & electrical engineering projects in Singapore.
• Strong project management skills with effective time management.
• Ability for negotiation and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer variations regarding collating information, costing, and valuation.
• Administer monthly progress claims to customers.
• Handle subcontracts from award to execution stage.
• Attend to insurances and bonds matters.
• Monitor project budget with Project Controller and Project Manager.
