Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience in high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tender documents, coordinating with contractors, and managing progress claims. A degree in Quantity Surveying and strong knowledge of Singapore contract laws are required. The position offers a full-time role with a 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction experience, preferably with high-rise building projects.
• Able to work both independently and lead a team.
• Experience with SIA/PSSCOC condition of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, cost planning, and budget estimation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and related parties.
• Responsible for valuation of progress claims and variation orders.

Skills

Construction project management

• Carry out other contracts administration tasks

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years construction experience, preferably candidate with experience in high-rise building projects
• Good knowledge of Singapore contract laws
• Experience with Glodon software measurement for tender is an added advantage
• SIA/ PSSCOC condition of contracts knowledge
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Able to work both independently and lead a team
• 5 days work / week
