Qualifications

- Seeking tender opportunity
- Attend site briefing before tendering the project
- Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required
- Obtaining sub-contractor’s quotation for various trade
- Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and discuss with Management for final submission
- Prepare for final submission and follow up with Tender Questionnaire reply and Interview
- Monitoring progress and liaise with vendor
- Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure, submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission
- Attend site meeting for on-going project
- Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5-years of work experiences in the renovation / construction industry
- Good in PSSCOC and SIA is an advantage
- Professional knowledge in Quantity Surveying administration, Security of Payments Acts and Construction’s practices and regulations
- Good communication and negotiation skills
