The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and holds relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Engineering. This position offers a competitive salary range of $5,000 to $7,000.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Certification like BCSS or CSOC is required if relevant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.
• Assist Project Team with Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and suppliers on project costs.
• Manage Document Control.
• Experience with Facade Works.

Skills

Degree/Diploma in QS or Engineering related field

Min 5 years in Construction (Structural/Facade)

Possess BCSS or CSOC if necessary
