Job description

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead the overall quality function across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing both incoming and outgoing quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality and Laboratory teams, setting clear performance metrics and KPIs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, procedures, and standards (e.g., Kaizen, Lean).
• Ensure raw material and finished goods quality meet both internal specifications and customer requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to enhance quality performance and resolve issues.
• Monitor and report quality performance through control charts, statistical analysis, and improvement tracking.
• Train and develop staff to ensure ongoing quality excellence.

Requirements
