A dedicated property management firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Property Officer to manage building maintenance and improve resident satisfaction. Our client is a dedicated property management firm committed to maintaining high-quality residential environments. They are currently seeking a proactive and meticulous Senior / Property Officer to join their team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Property Manager to provide exceptional support to residents, ensuring that estate maintenance, horticulture, and improvement works meet the highest standards.
As a representative of the estate management team, your duties will include:
Site Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee contractors to ensure all repair and routine maintenance works are completed satisfactorily and in accordance with contract terms.
Maintenance Planning: Schedule and execute breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities effectively.
Routine Inspections: Conduct regular checks and enforcement within common areas to ensure property remains in a serviceable condition and complies with authority standards.
Stakeholder Management: Manage resident and tenant feedback with professionalism and assist in the handling of arrears cases.
Administrative Oversight: Certify the completion of contractor works, make payment recommendations, and coordinate with professional consultants regarding maintenance matters and licensing.
Fault Analysis: Investigate and analyze reported breakdowns to determine root causes and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
Ad-hoc Support: Assist the Property Manager with any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth estate operations.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Note: Candidates with township management experience will be strongly considered for the Senior Property Officer position.
Communication: A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Availability: Able to work a 5-day work week but remains flexible to work beyond normal hours, including weekends or Public Holidays when required. (8.30 AM - 06.00 PM)
