A property management company in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual to manage daily operations and maintenance of properties. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in property or facilities management. Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, managing budgets, and overseeing vendor relations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe and compliant with regulations.
Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E and operating systems within the asset and with the Property Manager, ensure that the systems are operated within the design efficiencies and smoothly.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate necessary repairs/maintenance works.
Ensure building comply with government regulations and safety standards.
Review and identify any areas of improvement for asset operation for both soft services, M&E and operating systems and ensure that the operation of the asset is optimal at all times
Source for comparative vendors/ contractors to carry out asset maintenance or repair works as required
Assist the properties improvement/ A&A/ defect rectification/ renovation & reinstatement works as assigned
Prepare and submit periodic reports as required
Manage the building budgets including OPEX and CAPEX.
Liaise with the authorities e.g NEA, BCA, LTA, URA etc
Keep proper records of statutory inspections, licenses, and certificates.
Assist in overseeing the operation of soft services which includes management of service providers and tenants’ feedback in a fair manner
Any other tasks as assigned by your superior.
Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in similar field
Proven ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Team player with strong knowledge of property/facilities management, building systems and statutory requirements in Singapore.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
