  • You will be working full-time on-site with a compensation ranging from 30 to 40 LPA. The standard business hours are applicable, and the expected experience is between 10 to 20 years. The notice period required for this role is immediate or up to 30 days.
  • The ideal candidate should have IPC experience, with a preference for individuals who have previously worked at companies like Colliers, Zege, DLF, etc. Strong communication skills, local market understanding, and a stable career record are essential qualities for this role.
  • Local candidates from Delhi NCR/Gurgaon are highly favored. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the MD of Residential Services.
  • As part of the Residential Services team, you will focus on luxury property sales in South Delhi. Responsibilities include leading high-value residential sales assignments, acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients, executing transaction strategies, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining market intelligence and competitive insights.
  • Key skills required include a minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury residential property sales, extensive knowledge of the South Delhi market, strong client servicing and business development skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated revenue generation and sales leadership, and a stable career progression within the industry.
  • Preferred backgrounds include luxury real estate firms, premium hospitality and concierge services, private banking and wealth management, and high-value lifestyle or luxury goods sales.
