Job summary

A research organization in Singapore seeks a candidate with experience in project management and full-stack software development. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Work independently across multiple projects, spanning various technologies and industry sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) on project-related matters, including administrative duties such as report preparation, resource utilization tracking, and chairing project meetings.
  • Adhere to the project management framework throughout the project lifecycle to manage progress, schedule, and risks, ensuring that deliverables meet project objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to PMO activities, including maintaining project dashboard and supporting process automation effort.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, or a higher qualification, with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, best practices, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing the full software project lifecycle – from project kick-off and requirements gathering through execution, stakeholder coordination, deployment, and final closure, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
  • Strong technical background in full-stack software development, tools and technologies, involving multiple teams in complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels effectively.
