What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute plans that align with business objectives and client goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the events department, ensuring the successful planning and delivery of all projects.
• Review and refine processes quarterly to boost efficiency, streamline operations, and optimise costs without compromising quality.
• Leverage the latest tools and tech innovations to minimise risks and enhance project workflows.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead post‑event client reviews with project teams to evaluate results, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Provide leadership to project teams, offering guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure successful execution.
• Cross‑support and promote the group’s creative, social, and video & photography services in collaboration with respective department heads.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews with the team, providing constructive feedback and clear development plans.
• Keep Managing Director updated on operational performance, budgets, and challenges, providing clear insights and solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of success in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong project management skills, including experience overseeing budgets and financial planning (between 300K – 1 million).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client‑centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity, efficiency, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and enthusiastic about delivering high‑quality results.
• Agile, meticulous, highly organised, and skilled in reporting to ensure clear communication and accountability for both internal and external stakeholders.
