Job description

CD Plus A is a leading commercial Interior Design firm with over 30 years standing in Singapore and regionally. We are currently in need of a Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our project team.

The project work to be undertaken focuses mainly on Corporate Offices projects – new and renewed.

Essential Function

Responsible for implementing and completing the project on time, within budget and in accordance with technical requirements. He / She shall also be a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering projects from inception to completion
  • Preparing site assessments, due diligence, meeting minutes and progress reports
  • Communicate and coordinate among Clients, vendors and team members
  • Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
  • Shall be responsible for the EHS implementation and performance of the project on site
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and communication plan
  • Conduct and chair weekly technical meeting
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost
Qualifications / Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate office interior design and fit out.
  • Good knowledge on project processes and timeline management (eg. managing landlords, permits application and approvals etc)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage client's expectations
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and to work within a team structure.
  • Positive attitude with a strong aptitude for learning.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Fast learner and Critical thinker
