The role involves leading project management processes from design through to construction and commissioning, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates should have at least 15 years of relevant experience and hold a degree in M&E Engineering or related fields. Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in M&E Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or related field.
• BCA Builder Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is an advantage.
• Registered Licensed Plumber with proven project experience.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in plumbing and sanitary construction.
• Proficient in BIM Revit and Autodesk software is an advantage.

Job Descriptions

• Lead the full project management process, including design, engineering, construction, manpower planning, testing, and commissioning.
• Oversee plumbing and sanitary design development and ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve project profitability.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, architects, authorities, and project teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Ensure all works comply with legal requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Handle permit applications, approvals, and other regulatory submissions.
• Lead project teams effectively and provide guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
• Drive timely project completion and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Undertake other related assignments as required by Management.

Job Requirements
