Job Responsibilities

• Reports to Project Manager.

• Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs.

• Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.

• Lead a group of supervisors and ensure site progress is on schedule.

• Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.

• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide technical guidance during project design and construction phases, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.

• Support the management of manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.

• For Senior roles, at least 6 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project with at least one completed project cycle. For Engineer, a minimum of 2 years' experience in building engineering project.

• Experience in architectural works will be an advantage.

• Technical competence.

• Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage.

• Positive attitude and good team player.

• Demonstrates a sense of urgency.
