Job description

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in project, site, and risk management to achieve project goals.
• Assist in project planning, implementation, and coordination of all site works according to the master and detailed work schedule.
• Prepare and submit project documents (schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, monthly reports, etc.).
• Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, quality standards, and ESH requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing technical/non-technical resolutions with proper documentation.
• Handle site inspections, technical submissions, reports, and maintain proper site records.
• Assist QS/Contracts team in verifying contractors’ progress claims and payments.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to monitor and ensure project progress.
• Maintain an effective document control system and review design drawings and project documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
