Responsibilities:

• Oversee assigned projects to optimize efficiency, profitability, and overall performance.
• Track project health and manage risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule, providing regular progress updates and highlighting potential issues impacting cost or timelines.
• Conduct project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Act as a key liaison between project teams and customers to ensure accurate and timely communication of project information.
• Ensure projects meet customer specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
• Lead, motivate, and guide assigned resources across multiple departments during project execution.
• Organize regular project reviews to resolve issues arising during the execution phase.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management, highlighting key challenges and risks.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the engineering field with hands‑on project management involvement.
• Familiarity with automation technologies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
