Senior Production Executive, Chinese Drama Productions

Responsibilities
  • Processing and tracking transport vendor's invoices and talent vouchers/invoices.
  • Follow up with Purchase Requisition (PR) and Goods Receiving (GR) teams on Purchase Requisitions of the department.
  • Handle business travel arrangements.
  • Data entry for retention and audit purposes.
  • Perform daily updates of TV ratings and meWATCH views by programme.
  • Assist in the preparation, submission and organization of award submission, deadlines and requirements; includes communicating with internal teams and external organizations regarding guidelines, update and inquiries.
  • Provide operational support for co-production projects, assisting in logistical planning and maintain detailed records of co-production agreements, contracts and relevant documents.
  • Provide general administrative support, including coordination of departmental matters and maintenance of internal records and listings.
  • Handle translation-related matters, including filing and archiving of translated materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management to support the team.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with the various staff from the Chinese departments.
  • Minimum 2 years of media production experience.
  • At least GCE A Level, Diploma or Degree certification.
  • Meticulous and organized with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Keen interest in TV productions.
  • Good knowledge of studio production, field and production management.
