LTS is the technology company behind LawNet, a one-stop law practice portal providing a complete suite of information and transactional solutions for the Singapore and global legal community.

Reporting Structure

Report to Deputy Director, Sales & Marketing of LawNet Technology Services Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities
  • Translate product features into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Work within the sales and marketing team to align messaging with customer needs, product roadmap, and industry trends
  • Plan and execute online and offline campaigns to promote new features, product launches, and subscription models
  • Track campaign performance using engagement, conversion, and adoption metrics. While continuously testing and refining content to ensure it remains interesting, clear, and convincing
  • Contribute to revenue generation through content-driven strategies that strengthen customer retention, enhance renewal value, and unlock upsell opportunities
  • Support LawNet sales operations in account management activities including account renewals, coordination with resellers, and customer service operations
  • Conduct user feedback sessions and interviews to gather insights and improve messaging, product positioning, and overall content strategy
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on experience working with SaaS, B2B or B2C product platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields
  • Experience in developing customer engagement plans that cover strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
  • Analytical and metrics‑driven, with experience using data to improve both revenue and customer success outcomes
  • Skilled at transforming complex legal and technical information into clear, engaging campaign strategies
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal, written and visual)
  • Background operating in Legal Tech will be a plus
