Job Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering and Design to ideate, build, and optimize our user journey from onboarding to trading and payments.
• Clearly define product requirements and user stories, collaborating closely with engineering and data analytics teams to ensure the successful implementation of user-friendly and insightful features.
• Conduct thorough user research, gather valuable feedback, and analyze data to uncover pain points, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in account and token analysis workflows.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our platforms, identify areas for optimization, and drive data‑driven decision‑making.
• Drive strong decision‑making through quantitative results and AB testing, and qualitative research and customer insights.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, etc.) to scale the business while managing operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science) or a design-related field (e.g. Design, Human‑Computer Interaction)
• Deep experience in building and managing crypto, payments or fintech products
• Familiarity with the Philippines and/or global crypto markets
• Demonstrated experience in delivering user-friendly analytics features, including asset portfolio management, and data visualization.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and best practices, with a track record of delivering intuitive and user-friendly products.
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills, and have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
• Demonstrated ability working in a data-driven environment and moving metrics to reach KPI goals
