Overview

Position: Senior Product Manager, KYB
Team: Central Product Team (Compliance/KYB Platform)

This is a core product leadership role focused on building the KYB (Know Your Business) platform for Binance’s institutional/corporate users. You’ll lead strategy, product lifecycle, and collaboration with cross-functional and external vendor teams to ensure smooth business onboarding, regulatory alignment, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution of the KYB platform; translate compliance requirements into scalable product solutions; partner with engineers, designers, data, and vendors to build and refine features.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Align product priorities with compliance, legal, ops, and data teams; collaborate with global third-party KYB vendors; act as the glue between stakeholder needs and tech delivery.
• Measurement & Impact: Use KPIs and analytics to shape roadmap direction; handle feedback triage, roadmap prioritization, and product iteration; ensure Binance offers a world-class business onboarding experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience (B2B, onboarding, compliance, or fintech ideal)
• Proven work in international product rollout or platforms
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor coordination skills
• Analytical, structured, and decisive
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• Crypto or fintech background is a big plus
