Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include

• Own the strategy, discovery, delivery, and commercialization of capital markets products, linking Alta's platforms and offerings. Collaborate internally and externally to build institutional-grade, compliant solutions across investment and trading lifecycles, ensuring measurable impact and excellent UX.
• Develop, communicate, and own the multi-horizon roadmap aligned with Alta's goals, using data and client insight for prioritization and managing UX/technical trade-offs.
• Ensure transparent roadmap communication and governance with all stakeholders (executives, technology, sales, etc.) for cross-functional alignment.
• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders and clients to map institutional workflows end-to-end and prioritize feature development with data/insight-driven decisions.
• Embed regulatory compliance into product design and delivery.
• Oversee product development and projects with clear PRDs, use cases, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog, releases, and timelines with engineering and delivery leads.
• Drive integration roadmaps for third-party vendors (KYC/AML, market data, custody, payments).
• Ensure quality via robust testing (UAT, regression, performance, resiliency); coordinate incident response, post-mortems, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and consistently monitor key product metrics against feature outcomes.
• Lead/contribute to institutional pilots and RFPs, managing procurement and due diligence with institutional clients. Plan for single/multi-tenant scale, permissions, entitlements, billing, and audit trails.
• Support product expansion by coordinating localization for target markets, including regulatory nuances, market conventions, and operational models.
• Mentor junior and associate PMs and elevate product standards, discovery cadence, and delivery discipline.

About you

• 5+ years in product management experience in capital markets/market infrastructure/wealth platforms; prior exposure to digital‑asset or tokenisation initiatives is a plus.
• Familiarity with MAS and SC regulations, AML/CFT, PDPA, TRM and outsourcing guidelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions.
• Data fluency to define KPIs, comfortable with SQL/Excel for analysis and experimentation. Proficiency with Figma/Jira/Confluence.

Some nice to haves

• Experience at an exchange, broker, custodian, prime broker, or within private markets/alternative assets such as venture capital, private equity, or investment boutiques/banks.
• Exposure to digital assets/tokenisation, custody models, and smart contract fundamentals.
• You love getting your hands dirty and sweating the details! You want to work in a small, diverse team that is passionate about building great software.
• Working experience in both startups and/or corporate environments (we’re a bit of both!).
