• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in elastomer manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO9000 and cGMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support production workflows to meet safety and quality requirements.
• Lead administrative support to Production managers.
• Manage ongoing training programs within production departments.
• Conduct performance management and coaching for production team members.
