Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, chat messages, and enquiries promptly.
  • Manage follow-ups, callbacks, and pending cases.
  • Record all interactions and case details in the CRM system.
  • Assist with surveys, campaigns, and customer follow-up calls.
