Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for effecting clinic session changes in system, liaising with different stakeholders to manage patient appointments, as well as other administrative duties.
  2. Meet quality standards and achieve department KPIs on a monthly basis.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and meticulous administrative support.
  4. Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
  2. 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry.
  3. Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
  4. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
