Qualifications

• 7 years experience in high-volume optical transceiver and/or laser manufacturing.
• In-depth technical knowledge in manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Expertise in optical transceiver assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and deploy manufacturing processes for new products.
• Ensure product, process, and material changes follow QMS requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and contract manufacturers for process improvement.
