About the Role

We are a well-established manufacturing and building-materials company seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and strengthen our end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across production, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and delivery

• Ensure on-time and quality fulfilment while maintaining safety and cost discipline

• Plan manpower and capacity to meet business demand

• Work closely with Sales and Finance to align operations with commercial commitments

• Drive operational improvements, SOPs, and process efficiency
