We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Senior Nurse / Nurse Managers to join the team. As a senior registered nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, promoting health education, and supporting the healthcare team in delivering optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care Delivery: Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
  • Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Monitor patient vital signs, progress, and response to treatment.
  • Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and monitoring for adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, post-care instructions, and preventive health measures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless communication.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including care plans, progress notes, and incident reports, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections and ensure patient and staff safety.
  • Crisis Management: Respond to emergency situations, providing immediate and appropriate care and assisting in emergency procedures when necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education:
    • Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
    • Registered Nurse license or eligible to apply for the license with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as RN or EN.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting.
    • Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Unit Manager, Senior Nurse; or
    • Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Nurse Clinician.
    • Specialized experience in areas such as ICU, emergency, pediatrics, O&G, NICU, Oncology, or geriatrics and etc.
    • Supervision, Advanced Clinical Practice, Unit Operation Management, Team Management and Leadership role an asset.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare-related software systems.
    • Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
    • Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing the best possible care to patients.
    • Language - Proficient in English is required. Proficient in Malay, Tamil, and Chinese an asset.
