Job Scope

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers, troubleshooting and repairing switches, optical modules, and related network equipment.
• Be familiar with Spine-Leaf, VXLAN, EVPN, and other data center network architectures; conduct issue identification and resolution based on customer needs.
• Contribute to the construction of a typical problem knowledge base, create troubleshooting documentation and technical FAQs.
• Collaborate with R&D and testing teams by providing feedback on product issues and improvement suggestions.
• Handle escalated after-sales service cases for key customers.

Requirement

• Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support
• Familiar with Layer 2/Layer 3 network protocols is an advantage
