Qualifications

• At least 2–6 years of IT networking experience.
• Ideally experienced with Data Center Network technologies.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Network architectures.

Responsibilities

• Analyse incidents and technical issues impacting operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Mentor junior engineers on troubleshooting and incident management.
