• To troubleshoot and maintain/ preventive maintaining HVAC (Heating ventilation air-conditioning) n refrigerant system for commercial building
• To perform general building maintenance work (simple electrical n plumbing)
• To be responsible for monthly standby duties troubleshooting & rectification works (monthly)

Requirement

• 2 years’ experience in air con troubleshoot n general building maintenance
• class 3 driving license (Both auto n manual car)
