A leading Life Science Manufacturing Solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced MES Project Leader. The role involves driving end-to-end MES implementations and supporting digital manufacturing initiatives. Candidates should have 10 years of relevant experience in Pharma/Biotech, solid hands-on exposure to MES platforms, and strong stakeholder management skills. Qualifications

• 10 years experience in MES implementation within Pharma/Biotech.
• Strong hands-on exposure to Siemens OpCenter/PAS-X/similar MES platforms.
• Solid understanding of GMP manufacturing batch execution and shop-floor processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, UAT coordination and CSV validation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle MES projects including requirements, design, and testing.
• Gather and translate user requirements into functional specifications.
• Drive business process mapping for manufacturing workflows.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Quality Engineering and Digital teams.
• Oversee UAT system configuration reviews and integration with ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and data integrity.
• Manage project timelines, risks, documentation, and communication.
