Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to manage M&E work for large scale projects, including hospitals. Job description

Responsibilities

• Liaise and work closely with the consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E work to meet the project schedule.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
• Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,
• Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claim to the clients and from the subcontracts.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
