A leading toy manufacturer in Singapore seeks a mould engineering expert to enhance the quality and efficiency of LEGO mold production. The successful candidate will drive innovations in mould design and collaboration with suppliers while fostering a positive and efficient engineering culture. This role requires a diploma or degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in the moulding industry.

Mould Development Reorder (MDR) is a part of Mould Engineering within the Element & Mould Engineering organization, which operates under the Engineering & Quality function in Operations. MDR ensures high quality re-order mould solutions created worldwide on all LEGO mould platforms, and productivity in a fast paced business with a mindset of flexibility. Through continuously business development MDR supports the broader organization by improving the as-is through cross functional collaboration and state of the art mould solutions.
