CLIENT: Leading player in the wellness sector

SALARY: S$10,000 to 12,000 x 12 months + Bonus

THE ROLE

Reporting to: Managing Director, with a dotted-line to the Regional Marketing Director, Asia

Team Leadership: Assistant Marketing Manager + 2 Marketing Executives

You will lead all marketing efforts for Singapore, driving measurable growth in customer acquisition and retention, elevating brand credibility, and ensuring clear, consistent communication across all channels. This role is ideal for a commercially driven strategist who blends data fluency, sharp creative judgment, and strong operational rigor. You must be capable of turning insights into high‑impact initiatives that move the business in a competitive landscape, while balancing strategic oversight, commercial acumen, and disciplined execution.

Acquisition & Performance Marketing

Own the end‑to‑end marketing funnel maintain target CPL, CAC, and ROI.

Lead agency and internal teams on media strategy, message testing, and conversion Optimisation.

Evaluate campaign data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and address friction points.

Integrate learnings across digital, CRM, and in‑club touchpoints for unified performance.

CRM & Retention Marketing

Oversee lifecycle programs that drive engagement, reactivation, and retention.

Build segmentation and automation strategies aligned to commercial outcomes.

Translate CRM data into insights for Operations and Finance on member value and retention cost.

Creative, Brand & Communication Leadership

Define Singapore’s (in alignment with regional guidelines) creative and communication tone, ensuring consistency across digital and physical environments.

Be the brand custodian, guiding content direction, narrative sequencing, and all customer and prospect facing communications.

Identify whitespace or cultural moments that differentiate The Company from competitors.

Lead offline initiatives and strategic partnerships (where necessary) to generate awareness and customer acquisition.

Integrate offline experiences seamlessly with online campaigns to reinforce brand presence.

Data & Budget Accountability

Manage the marketing budget and ROI reporting, ensuring financial transparency and cost discipline.

Translate analytics into concise, actionable business insights for senior leadership.

Maintain a structured cadence for dashboards and business reviews.

Leadership & Team Development

Build capability across acquisition, CRM, and on‑ground activation.

Coach team members to think commercially, execute precisely, and learn from data.

Create systems that scale and sustain output without additional headcount.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in integrated marketing or brand management, ideally within the fitness, wellness, or consumer sectors.

Strong expertise in acquisition marketing, with the ability to translate data and performance metrics into actionable outcomes.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and dashboard creation) and strong PowerPoint storytelling capabilities.

Excellent creative and communication judgment, with careful attention to tone, timing, and message clarity.

Passionate about fitness and highly customer-focused, demonstrating a growth mindset and strong drive to succeed.

Energetic, optimistic team player who thrives in collaborative environments.

Skilled in interpreting campaign data, deriving insights, and identifying optimisation opportunities.

Familiarity with emerging AI‑driven marketing tools and automation technologies (a plus).

Proven experience developing marketing strategies and managing full‑lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical abilities in market research and data analysis.

Exceptional content creation and content management capabilities.

Experienced in coordinating with sales teams and leading digital marketing initiatives.

Background in the fitness or health industry is advantageous.
