Manage digital and online platforms, creating creative advertisements and marketing materials across Facebook, website, SGcarmart, Carousell, and marketing blast channels for all Think One Group departments.

Design artwork and develop marketing collaterals for events and promotions, including copywriting and graphic design using Canva and Adobe tools.

Manage all incoming enquiries across email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone channels, ensuring timely responses.

Assign and track sales leads via the CRM system within one hour, including weekend enquiries, and follow up on lead status.

Prepare weekly marketing performance reports and support management with ad-hoc marketing tasks.
