Role Description
The Senior Marketing Executive will be leading marketing initiatives, developing strategic marketing plans, and overseeing market research to identify trends and opportunities. Key responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, collaborating with the sales team to increase customer engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across multiple channels. The Senior Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in driving brand presence and achieving business growth objectives.
Primary Relationships
The position reports to the Head of Marketing.
This position has primary working relationships with Sales, Operations and Senior Management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Head of Marketing on an annual marketing calendar and translate this vision into a coherent strategy.
- Implement and execute marketing campaigns that will enhance our various brands' image and positioning.
- Collaborate with relevant team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences, select appropriate digital channels, and develop tactics to reach and engage them effectively.
- Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media advertising, email marketing and content marketing. Optimise campaigns based on performance metrics and insights.
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, including data collection, report preparation and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Copywrite, edit and proof-read marketing materials in both English and/or Mandarin.
- Assist to respond in a timely manner to partnership and collaboration requests in order to drive both revenue and brand awareness through tie-ups, collaborations, product placements, sponsorships, events, etc. This includes outreach, contract execution and seeing through deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities. Analyse market data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Preferred degree in marketing, business management or related.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role; previous experience in the automotive, retail or lifestyle industry would be an advantage.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (written & spoken) to effectively liaise with stakeholders; additional language(s) is an advantage.
- Proficient but not limited to MS Office, Meta & Google business management platforms, Knowledge of Google AdWords, social media management platforms, e‑mail marketing and etc.
- Familiarity with social media (management tools, software and knowledge of social media tracking) is advisable.
- Detail oriented, organised, resourceful and agile with an ability to adapt and problem solve.
