Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the needs, objectives and insights of internal teams and translate them into relevant marketing materials and compelling brand content for events, social media, and other owned digital channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of organic content initiatives across the brand’s social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and brand standards.
  • Respond to evolving business priorities and offers thoughtful content marketing recommendations, following through with sales‑enablement production and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Manage communication with regional counterparts and to ensure consistent meeting of deadlines and high‑quality content.
  • Work with the teams to ensure a consistent level of high‑quality work, with all materials aligned to brand book, writing guidelines, and visual standards.
  • Gate‑keep the quality of work, the timeline of launches, and the standards of branding.
  • Maintains a keen interest in B2B marketing, content management, and social media trends.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in brand, content, or marketing roles, ideally within B2B environments
  • Committed, highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to develop well‑structured communications and exceptional problem‑solving attitudes
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work across cross functions and with stakeholders diverse backgrounds
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
