Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies

• Developing and maintaining detailed process documentation
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of improvements
• Training and coaching staff on best practices and improvement techniques

Job Requirements
