Acting as a key partner to the Director of Technology and Innovation, you will shape and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap, optimize critical systems like WMS and TMS, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. This role demands a balance of strategic vision, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to create a seamlessly integrated supply chain technology ecosystem.

The Challenges

Strategic Leadership

• Shape and lead the development of a robust supply chain technology roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to implement and maintain WMS, TMS, and other key systems, ensuring alignment with the organizations connected technology model.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage technology for cost reduction, process optimization, and improved customer experiences.

Operational Excellence & Governance

• Partner with operations leaders to establish a governance framework for technology change requests, ensuring alignment across all supply chain systems.
• Oversee the lifecycle of change requests for WMS, TMS, and related applications, ensuring efficient execution.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance system performance, enabling a culture of operational excellence.
• Lead efforts to enhance integration and connectivity across supply chain technologies, creating seamless interoperability between systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements and ensure solutions align with strategic goals.
• Drive initiatives to streamline workflows and improve supply chain efficiency through connected technologies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

• Act as the primary liaison for supply chain technology systems, representing the product function in executive discussions and cross-functional forums.
• Facilitate stakeholder training, communication, and alignment for new technology capabilities, ensuring consistent adoption across the organization.
