Join WSA as a Senior Manager / Manager, Smart Lean, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming our operations, combining the power of Lean thinking with smart technologies to drive meaningful, measurable change.

What you will do
  • Lead Lean transformation initiatives across teams and sites
  • Facilitate impactful workshops (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, A3, Standard Work) and standardize best practices
  • Leverage data and digital tools (e.g., MES, dashboards) to uncover inefficiencies and implement smart solutions
  • Align strategy with execution by collaborating with leadership and tracking KPIs
  • Coach and develop teams, building a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement
What you bring
  • 10+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence
  • Proven success leading Lean transformations in complex, multi-site environments
  • Expertise in Value Stream Mapping and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong leadership in change management and team development
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation
