A community-focused organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for a 2-year contract position supporting education initiatives for Malay/Muslim students. The candidate will manage programs like the Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy, engage students and parents, and lead a team. A relevant degree and 6–8 years of relevant team and process management experience are required. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential. This role may require occasional travel for meetings and events.
The jobholder (2-year contract) supports the Team Lead and HOD on education support matters for Malay/Muslim students in post-secondary institutions and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs). The jobholder is responsible for the engagements of students and parents, as well as the management and disbursement of education support initiatives such as the Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy (TTFS) and study loans.
The jobholder is expected to work from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and may be required to work over weekends and public holidays to support organisation events. Although the jobholder is largely expected to work in an indoor environment, occasional travel for meetings and programme visits is expected.
