Digital Realty is looking for an experienced Sales GTM and Reporting Manager to drive implementation of the Sales Strategy within the overall GTM architecture with the APAC Sales organization. You will play a key part in driving collaboration and building alignment across a range of stakeholders in the global team to identify value creation opportunities, leverage best practices and optimize resource utilization. In addition, you will conduct needs analysis and develop resources to address gaps and opportunities for improvement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has GTM planning and execution, business intelligence or business analysis experience and who genuinely enjoys maximizing the productivity of a Sales Team whilst broadening the impact of their own expertise.
Assist and collaborate with the Senior Director of Global GTM to define and drive implementation of the Sales Strategy, including data analysis and providing recommendations on Sales KPIs and Sales Planning/GTM (such as resource deployment, territory design and quota assignment).
