Job description

Digital Realty is looking for an experienced Sales GTM and Reporting Manager to drive implementation of the Sales Strategy within the overall GTM architecture with the APAC Sales organization. You will play a key part in driving collaboration and building alignment across a range of stakeholders in the global team to identify value creation opportunities, leverage best practices and optimize resource utilization. In addition, you will conduct needs analysis and develop resources to address gaps and opportunities for improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has GTM planning and execution, business intelligence or business analysis experience and who genuinely enjoys maximizing the productivity of a Sales Team whilst broadening the impact of their own expertise.

What you’ll do

Assist and collaborate with the Senior Director of Global GTM to define and drive implementation of the Sales Strategy, including data analysis and providing recommendations on Sales KPIs and Sales Planning/GTM (such as resource deployment, territory design and quota assignment).

  • Analyze Sales related data to provide KPI’s, Metrics and Dashboards.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
  • Define and execute on roadmap for sales planning database based on needs of Sales Strategy and Planning. This database provides base data on Sales Reps, Territory Design, Account Assignments, Bookings and Revenue and is the platform for our annual planning cycles. Scenario planning within the platform is used to inform GTM design for upcoming years.
  • Produce compelling and informative analyses and presentations. Use analytics to make significant and impactful recommendations for improvements to Sales KPIs and GTM strategy, design and implementation.
  • In partnership with the Sales and Marketing Organizations, provide analysis to support business decisions and planning for Sales Strategy and Planning.
  • Work with the sales team to help them understand their data, business challenges and identifying opportunities to derive value from data related to Sales and our GTM model.
  • Supports value‑add analysis, incl. trends and comparatives, and interpretation of Sales reporting and KPI’s, together with recommended actions to improve performance.
What you’ll need
  • Experience with Sales/GTM Planning and knowledge of various GTM designs
  • Experience in administration, manipulation and analyzing large volumes of data.
  • Fluency with Salesforce, understanding record relationships and reporting
  • Fluency with Data Visualization Platform (PowerBI)
  • Fluency with Anaplan a plus
  • Ability to make complex concepts simple
  • Understand data concepts and data manipulation
  • Demonstrated ability working in global teams, building global programs
  • Demonstrated strategic planning skills, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to partner/work cross‑functionally with sales, product, marketing, and finance teams, to create impact
