Qualifications

• Good knowledge of various types of M&E systems with piping and cables used in semiconductor factories.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and general construction M&E works is an advantage.
• Possess relevant safety and work certificates (BCSS, WAH) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site work scope and manage resources.
• Coordinate site meetings and QA/QC mechanical or electrical works.
• Supervise and control subcontractors for timely work completion.
• Prepare work permits and documentation.
• Undertake Adhoc duties as assigned.
