About the Role

Drive day-to-day logistics execution while negotiating rates and delivering data-driven cost and service improvements. Manage 3PLs, ensure compliant documentation, and provide clear reporting to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL/warehouse partners; plan & track inbound/outbound shipments.
• Negotiate rates with couriers, forwarders & consolidators; maintain a freight quote database.
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on cost, OTD, transit time & exceptions.
• Ensure accurate documentation, permits and compliance with trade regulations.
• Initiate SOP/CI improvements to reduce cost and cycle time.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ logistics experience (3PL operations, freight, documentation).
• Proven rate negotiation skills and vendor performance management.
• Strong Excel; Power BI a plus; familiar with ERP/WMS (e.g., Dynamics NAV/BC).
• Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes and import/export permits.

KPIs (Highlights)

• OTD ≥ 98%; Documentation accuracy 100%.
• Freight cost reduction ≥ 5–8% YoY on comparable lanes.
• Quote-to-booking ≤ 24 hours (standard lanes).

Notes: Base salary excludes 13th month and variable bonus.
