Location: Multiple Locations

Working Days/time: Shift Work

Basic Salary: Up to $2500 + AWS + Split Shift Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations according to SOPs to ensure smooth service such as outlet setup and service standards
• Enhance customer experience by providing satisfactory service through making recommendations on food and drinks pairing and attending to their complaints and queries.
• Ensure food and beverage control by minimising wastage, breakage and spoilage.
• Train, guide and motivate fellow service team members

Job Requirements

• Previous F&B experience with valid Food & Hygeine Certification is highly advantageous
• Minimum GCE ‘N’
• Able to commit min 6 months
• Comfortable with working weekends and shift work
