Job summary

A Private European Investment Bank in Singapore seeks a Senior Java Developer to enhance trading applications, focusing on performance and compliance. You will design and maintain high-performance Java applications, collaborate globally, perform code reviews, and ensure security standards. Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Solid understanding of unit testing and component testing.
• Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure Kubernetes Service).
• Cloud-native application development experience.
• Proficient with Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
• Work with solution architects to build secure software solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
• Collaborate with QA teams on automated testing.
• Identify and address performance, security issues.
• Maintain technical documentation.
