Job description

1. Network and Infrastructure Management

Plan, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewall environments for the Singapore office and warehouses.

Monitor network performance, optimize bandwidth usage, and ensure high availability and security of systems.

Manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points) and align network policies with the headquarters IT team.

2. Desktop and Endpoint Support

Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees, including hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.

Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and ensure equipment usage complies with company IT policies.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365).

3. Server Room Operations and Management

Participate in the construction and deployment of server rooms in Singapore, including design, equipment installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

Ensure the physical and logical security of server room equipment, implementing monitoring, access control, and environmental alert systems.

Manage servers and storage devices, and perform regular data backups and disaster recovery drills.

4. System and Vendor Management

Coordinate with the headquarters IT team and external vendors to ensure the stable operation of IT systems and equipment.

Manage local IT procurement, equipment installation, and maintenance vendors.

Ensure IT operations comply with all information security and audit requirements.

Collaborate with the headquarters IT team on external client system integration projects.

5. Continuous Improvement and Project Support

Identify and drive improvements in IT operations processes to enhance service quality and response efficiency.

Ensure the implementation of established IT operational standards.

Participate in the deployment of new systems and tools, providing technical evaluation and solution support.
