About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior / IT Executive to join our dynamic team at Cedele - The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd in the East Region. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality IT support and troubleshooting to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide first‑line technical support and resolve IT‑related issues for our staff in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage and maintain our computer systems, networks, and software applications to ensure optimal performance
  • Implement and monitor security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from cyber threats
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to coordinate the delivery of IT services
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of our IT systems
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, hardware maintenance, and cyber security best practices
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Relevant technical certifications or diplomas in IT or a related field would be an advantage
