Responsibilities
  • Incident & Service Management: Respond to tickets, resolve hardware/software issues, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • AI Solution Development: Design and implement AI‑enabled solutions, identify use cases, and manage end‑to‑end AI project lifecycle.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Learning: Work on digital initiatives, track KPIs for AI projects, and stay updated on IT and AI trends for ongoing improvement.
  • User & Device Support: Monitor preparation of PCs for new hires, assist with printers/copiers, and support meeting rooms.
  • IT Asset & Inventory Management: Oversee delivery, inspection, labelling, and registration of IT equipment; maintain accurate inventory records and compliance with audits.
  • Equipment Handling & Documentation: Manage transfers, returns, and updates in IT systems; ensure proper asset tagging and classification.
  • IT Store & Procurement: Maintain IT stores, ensure hardware readiness, and handle procurement of IT equipment.
  • Vendor Coordination: Act as primary contact for vendors, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Project & Ad Hoc Tasks: Manage assigned IT projects and perform other IT‑related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent with 3‑4 years experience.
  • Experience in leading or managing a team of desktop engineers will be considered an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and experience with AI platforms/tools is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office365), Windows OS (Win11), and basic programming (Python or similar).
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, quick learner, multitasker, customer‑service oriented.
  • Self‑motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and self‑upgrading in both IT and AI domains.
