Job summary

A local educational firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to conduct training and assessments in instructional design. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and relevant training qualifications, along with at least 5 years of experience in the Education sector. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Education and/or Training.
• Possessed either ACLP, ACTA or equivalent TAE qualifications.
• Minimally attained a relevant Bachelor Degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and assessment in instructional design or training-related topics.
• Review and enhance training programs for relevance and effectiveness.
• Update training materials based on feedback and course evaluation.
• Ensure training is conducted according to prescribed structure and curriculum.
