Key Focus: Kitchen Execution & Indian Food Expertise

We are looking for a Senior Chef experienced in Indian cuisine who can lead daily kitchen operations and maintain consistency, taste, and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and supervise Indian dishes (curries, gravies, tandoor-style items, marinades)
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and plating
• Guide junior kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety & cleanliness standards
• Assist in basic stock usage and wastage control
• Follow existing SOPs and kitchen workflows

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Indian food
• Minimum 7–10 years kitchen experience
• Leadership experience in a commercial kitchen
• Good discipline, cleanliness & teamwork
• Ability to work long hours when required
